How Long Does It Take For The Effects Of Anorexia

June 1, 2009 ...

Lower limits of resources and additional rent of solidarity (SLS)

Law MOLLE (mobilization for housing and the fight against exclusion) No. 2009-323 of 25 March 2009 provides for the reduction of 10.3% of the maximum income from 1 June 2009.

Two consequences

This decrease ceilings has several consequences.

The first relates to housing applicants who will require fewer resources than before to qualify for public housing.

The second is of interest to tenants. Those already subject to extra rent solidarity and those not subject but with lower ceilings will exceed 20% of the maximum resources and are therefore liable for this surloyer.

Date of entry into force

The reduction of 10.3% of the maximum resources comes into force June 1, 2009. It will apply
course applicants for housing.

What will it take for existing tenants whose rent supplements of solidarity have been weighed at 1 January 2009?

The housing bodies are they going to recalculate all exceedances of maximum resources of the tenants of their parks?

Position USH

We have arrested the USH about it to know what instructions she had given to its members, the housing agencies. The USH

told us that after contact with the office of Minister of Housing, I found it no question that housing agencies recalculate all of the rent supplement solidarity of the tenants.

surloyers To calculate the lower limits of resources will be effective January 1, 2010.

Warning!

Neither the minister's office nor the USH not want to give instructions in writing because it would contradict the law that provides for application on 1 June 2009.

therefore be vigilant about the practices of organizations.

Sincerely,
