After the entry into force of the new scales of rent supplement solidarity on 1 January 2009, the law MOLLE (mobilization for housing and the fight against exclusion) No. 2009-323 of 25 March 2009 provides for it, lower by 10.3% of the maximum income from 1 June 2009.
